Statement

With my recent paintings, I aim to capture the ephemeral essence of a specific place and moment, the sublime beauty of nature and its effect on the human figure and one's sense of identity. Nature is my refuge and escape during challenging times. I find inspiration and regain a sense of awe and wonderment, a spiritual connection to all that binds us together. I'm attempting to share those impressions with my work.
